For the 2019-20 season, we are asking that players complete this initial sign-up form by June 30, 2019 to confirm their participation in the 10,000 Shot Club. Reminders will be sent at the end of each month asking for a monthly update to be submitted via an online form.

All shots will need to be recorded and submitted online by November 3, 2019.

Players completing the 10K Shot Club will be recognized at a KM Girls Varsity basketball game.
