2023-24 Alamo School Instrumental Music

Instrumental music lessons are offered as a regular part of the Alamo Elementary School curriculum for students in grades four and five. This outstanding program is structured to provide interested students with two, half hour lessons during the week.

There is no required fee for this program as SRVUSD provides instrumental music for all fourth and fifth graders across the district, however we are asking for a small donation to cover equipment and concert costs that are paid for by the Ed Fund.

An Alamo music shirt is required for performances. We have a limited number used shirts to borrow at no cost for the year.

If you are currently registering, you can make your donation and purchase a music shirt through Future Fund. Otherwise, please visit the Future Fund store.

If your child would like to participate in the Instrumental Music program at Alamo School, please fill out the form below. Do not hesitate to contact me at kangle@srvusd.net with any questions.

There will be an informational parent meeting during Back to School Night on August 23rd from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the MPR.

Many performances are recorded and we'd love to share clips of our amazing students on social media! This year, the Alamo Ed Fund and PTA are merging Instagram accounts and making it private so only those approved will be able to view content. The videos will show a group, and no names will be shared. Please mark your preference below regarding videos we share.
