- Length 800-1500 words
- Written in an academic style - contributors are encouraged to present their own views, but they must do so in a balanced, well-researched manner.
- The articles must be centred around policy. For example, on an article on the privatisation of the NHS, writers can describe how past policy has given rise to the present aspects of healthcare they are discussing and propose future policy to implement the changes they wish to see.
- First drafts must contain bibliographies of sources the writer has used in their work.
Your proposal will be assessed by the Editors of the Digital Journal. If accepted, we will work with you on your first-draft before publication and get you published!
To help give you ideas, some important topics are the environment, healthcare, economics, development, politics (domestic, international, or geopolitics), technology, education, the military, trade, and markets.
Contributors to our Digital Journal are open to all students at the University of Cambridge.
