Artist/Entertainer Application
This is an application for artists, performers, and entertainers to work with Amber Lane Photo on a photo shoot. These sessions are very limited in quantity and offered at little or no charge to the applicant.

We are located in Russellville and shoot primarily in our downtown loft studio, but are open to on-location options for these. Please fill out as much of the application as possible, and contact us at hello@amberlane.us if you have any questions.
