5 Cities AYSO Region 83 All-Stars                                  --PLAYER Application 2023/2024--
This application is for players who participated in 5 Cities AYSO Fall 2023 Season and are interested in playing All-stars during the 23-24 season. 5 Cities AYSO would like to invite all interested players to join us, regardless of skill level. There are seasons when more than one team per gender and age division can be formed (depending on registered volunteer coaches and referees). 

Region 83 will be requiring all prospective All-Star players to attend at least one of two tryouts in order to be eligible to play All Stars.  These tryouts will be held on Mon. 10/23 and Wed. 10/25. While we only require a player to attend one of the two, we highly encourage players to attend both tryouts.  

PLAYER APPLICATION DUE DATE: Friday 10/20/23 @ 6pm

There will be some paper applications available the day of tryouts, however, this online player application is preferred and recommended. Each player will need to be signed in at tryouts by a parent/guardian.

Player Participation Expectation
If All-Star players are participating in other recreational activities during the All-Star season, they are expected to put the All-Star program as their top priority. Please indicate any possible conflicts on the schedule below.

5 CITIES: Central Coast Classic- Jan. 13-14, 2024 *
SANTA YNEZ: Winter Classic- Jan. 20-21, 2024 *
NIPOMO: Adobe Cup- Jan. 27-28, 2024 *
SLO: Surf and Turf- Feb. 3-4, 2024 *
PASO: Area Q All-Star Invitational- Feb. 10-11, 2024 *
Every All-Star team in responsible to provide a referee team of THREE referees for each tournament. Players whose parents volunteer to referee during the All-Star season may be given priority. If you are a current certified referee and are interested in refereeing during the All-Star season, please indicate your highest level of certification below:

All-Star Program Details/Commitment
  • All-Star parents are expected to assist the region in the planning and running of the Central Coast Classic Tournament (1/13-1/14) by providing a MINIMUM of 8 hours of volunteer time.
  • Estimated Cost: $380
  • Includes: Home and Away Jerseys, socks, All-Star Backpack, Jacket, and Training Pants
