[초상권 제공 및 활용에 대한 동의]
① 목적 : <멍때리기 대회 10주년 기념 토크쇼> 기록 및 홍보
② 사용처 : 제작 및 주최 측의 기록, 온라인 홍보 플랫폼(웹사이트, SNS 등)
③ 보유 및 이용기간 : 주최 측에서 폐기할 때까지 초상권 활용 효력 유지
④ 비고
- 제공자의 인격을 침해하지 않는 범위 내에서만 저작물에 대한 편집 및 후보정
- 본 초상권 활용 동의 철회는 불가함
- 촬영된 저작물에 대해 개인의 정보(성명, 촬영장소 등)가 노출될 수 있음
- 인화된 상태의 사진 또는 저장매체 등에 대해서도 제작사에 귀속될 수 있음
- 상기 조항에 의거, 저작물에 대한 모든 판권(저작권)및 소유권이 제작사에 있음.

[Consent for the Provision and Use of Image Rights]
① Purpose: Recording and promotion of the "<Space-out Competition 10th Anniversary Talk Show>"
② Usage: Records for the production and organizing parties, online promotional platforms (websites, social media, etc.)
③ Retention and Use Period: Image rights remain in effect until the organizing party disposes of them
④ Notes:
- Editing and post-processing of the content will only be done within the scope that does not infringe on the personality rights of the provider
- Withdrawal of consent for the use of image rights is not possible
- Personal information (name, filming location, etc.) may be disclosed in the recorded materials
- Printed photos or media storage may be owned by the production company
- All copyrights and ownership of the work, based on the above terms, will belong to the production company
