UFAS TTC Survey
The UFAS Compensation and Benefits Committee has put together this survey to collect data from our membership and the larger unit about the ongoing Title and Total Compensation Project (TTC). We are sending this survey to you because you work at UW-Madison and may be directly impacted by the TTC project or work with colleagues who will be impacted. The purpose of this research is to document how academic staff (and colleagues) feel about the retitling process and to use that data to inform UW-Madison leadership and the ongoing UFAS Job Security Campaign.  

Responses to this survey will be kept confidential, and will only be shared amongst members of the compensation and benefits committee, however a report summarizing anonymized survey results (including aggregated data, and quotations of responses) may be shared publicly. To ensure confidentiality, responses will be anonymized and any information provided which may be used to identify respondents will be removed from all shared material. We only ask for your name and contact information in case you would like to be contacted by a UFAS member to talk more about your concerns.
