Our goal is to match new PSL Young Researchers (you!) with current PSL Young Researchers to help them discover the PSL campus, to connect them with people out of their lab, to create relationships in and out of their institution and to enhance their PSL experience.

If we find enough volunteers to be "welcoming buddy", our target is to connect every newcomer with one partner in its campus/institute and with one partner in another institute.

Your target as a mentor/buddy is to avoid that you buddy stays isolated in his lab by connecting her/him with other people from your network, by advising her/him and by sharing information. One real/virtual meeting every two weeks is a fine start.
