Summit 2022 Mission Trip

Join us in Springdale, Arkansas on July 7-10, 2022 for a time of outreach, service, worship, and fellowship. Churches and youth groups of all sizes are welcome.

Cost: $30 per person. This pays for a T-Shirt and lunches on Friday and Saturday. Other meals and lodging are on your own.

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, June 1. Small adjustments in numbers can be made after this, but we need to have an idea of how to prepare.

How to Sign Up: Complete this Google Form or send a list of people attending (include T-shirt quantity and sizes) to Micah Deaton at summitspringdale@gmail.com.

Groups are responsible to secure and pay for lodging for their group on their own. It is advised to secure lodging for your group as soon as possible.

Groups will be responsible to pay for their own meals, except for lunch on Friday and Saturday.

Groups will be responsibile to transport all group members for all events. Cooperation between churches/groups may happen, but each group is expected to transport their own participants.

All participants represent God and reflect on Summit BC during this event. Each group's leaders will communicate this to groups and hold all participants in their group accountable to this.
