Dean's Day Spring 2020 Pre-Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in attending the 22nd Annual Medical School Dean's Day at Florida State University, hosted by the Florida State University College of Medicine and the Florida Beta Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Delta!

Please fill out the form below and submit your payment of $10 in order to pre-register for the event, which runs from 8 am to 5pm on Saturday, January 25th, 2020 and includes a complimentary lunch. By pre-registering, you are receiving a discounted price for admission to Dean's Day and will have a faster sign-in process the day of the event.

The event will be business professional. The deadline to pre-register * has been EXTENDED to: Saturday, January 18th at 11:59 PM*. All payments must be made by this deadline to the AED Treasurer, Julia Blankenbaker, or the individual must re-register at the event. A confirmation email will be sent to each individual AFTER the fee is received.

NOTE: You MUST submit your payment of $10 via Venmo to the user "@AEDFSU" with the phrase "Dean's Day Pre-Registration" in order to successfully pre-register OR by cash before or after AED's General Body Meetings.
