Westminster Community Charter School is seeking input from our stakeholders in regards to the American Rescue Plan funding that will be coming to the District.

The American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021, which President Biden signed into law in March of 2021. This is funding allocated to schools to address impacts of Covid-19 Pandemic, school districts all across the country are eligible to receive funding.

ARP Act funding is one of several types of emergency relief funding available for use by School Districts to support equitable services for students. Use of emergency relief funding is governed by guidance from the state and federal government.
