Theatrefest 2020 Registration Form

This January, all Theatre Students have the opportunity to attend the Illinois High School Theatre Festival. This is a 3 day conference where students can attend theatre, dance, and tech workshops as well as attend shows produced around the state of Illinois and the Allstate Production of Aida. The field trip begins January 9th and leaves from Neuqua at 12:30pm on a Coach Bus. Students should plan to bring about $50 for meals as these are not provided by the hotel. We will be staying at the Marriott, walking distance from the Student Center. Students will be either 3 or 4 to a room. Students can make room requests but room assignments are NOT guaranteed and are up to the discretion of the chaperones. Please fill out the permission forms and return to Miss Morgan or Mrs. Van Milligen. Space is limited to the first 36 participants. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ AND FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED REGISTERED FOR THE FIELD TRIP.

Seniors and Juniors may begin submitting registration to Mrs. Van Milligen in B100 at Main on Monday, September 16th. If space is available, Sophomores and Freshmen(Turn in to Miss Morgan at BFC, J225) will be accepted by Seniority on Tuesday, September 16th.

All registration information in this form must be filled out BEFORE submitting the following two paper forms.

The Theatrefest fee is $200 which covers the cost of lodging, transportation, and conference registration. Please make checks payable to NVHS. Please be sure to include student ID and phone numbers on the check.
