PLEASE NOTE: After submitting your form, click on the link on the "Mahalo" page in order to complete the remaining steps of the enrollment process. The link will take you to the Niuolahiki website where you will create a user profile which will allow you to self-enroll into the online classroom with videos, songs, books and lessons to further assist you with supporting your keiki at home.
