Financial Assistance Request Form

The Bloomington Athletic Association (BAA) may provide financial assistance to reduce registration fees to help eligible youth participate in BAA sports programs.  This scholarship program assists youths from low-income families not currently served by existing scholarship or fee waiver programs.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a scholarship, a child must fall under one or more of the following guidelines:

  • Live in Bloomington or attends a Bloomington Public School, subject to Commissioner’s approval.

  • The family needs temporary assistance.

  • We would like to see the participant’s parent or guardian volunteer during the sports season if possible.

  • We ask participants to attend at least 50% of scheduled practices and games.

  • The code issued to you by the commissioner shall NOT under any circumstances be shared or used for a child that it was not requested for. Doing so will result in your no longer being granted financial assistance. ONLY Commissioners of the sport you are registering for are authorize to issue discount codes.
