Summer fun is just around the corner! We can't wait to enjoy the warm weather and all of the excitement camp brings. Please complete this form to register, payment must be received as directed to confirm your spot! We will reach out to you at least 7 days before your start of camp to share important details. Our camps are Sponsored by Leading Harford, a local non profit that provides events & activities in and around the community for local children and families. Join us on an adventure-filled journey as each week of our camp promises an array of exhilarating activities that cater to every interest! From engaging in various sports, games and relays that ignite the competitive spirit to the thrill of tumbling, refreshing splash in the pool or water related activities, and the joy of exploring the great outdoors. Campers will also dive into the fascinating world of STEAM projects, unleashing their creativity and curiosity. Engage in hands-on crafts that spark imagination and let loose on the dance floor as music fills the air. We will also foster proper social etiquette, and encourage your camper's confidence to blossom amid our exciting atmosphere.

Our camp isn't just about activities; it's a vibrant community fostering fun friendships, crafting lasting memories, and instilling values like respect for each other and our surroundings. No adventure is complete without fun surprises! Beyond the mentioned activities, there's always more in store, ensuring that each day brings a fresh and exciting experience.

Please note that camps must reach required amount of participants or we reserve the right to combine or cancel, in which case you will be contacted for your preference or receive a refund. We will make this decision at least 2 weeks prior to camp week. Once your final payment is made, we're committed to creating these moments as we plan and budget well ahead of each camp. While refunds aren't available, you can join us for future adventures with a credit that lasts for 30 days, allowing you to explore another one of our fantastic camps or programs. **Camp Rules and Expectations**

1. **Respectful Behavior:** Treat fellow campers, staff, and camp property with respect—no disrespect, no bullying or teasing allowed.

2. **Appropriate Attire:** Dress for weather and activities; closed-toe shoes required for certain activities.

3. **Safety First:** Follow safety guidelines, use provided equipment, and report concerns promptly.

4. **Hygiene and Cleanliness:** Maintain personal hygiene, wash hands regularly, and dispose of trash properly.

5. **Health and Medications:** Inform staff of medical conditions and self-administer medications under supervision, as requested.

6. **Participation and Inclusion:** Actively engage in activities, encourage inclusivity, and foster a positive atmosphere.

7. **Camp Property:** Be responsible for camp equipment; intentional damage may incur consequences.

8. **Communication:** Stay informed through designated channels; communicate concerns promptly. We will use email to communicate as well as texting or call when needed. 

9. **Snack and Meal Times:** Communicate dietary restrictions/allergies; you will provide your own snacks and meals. We often offer a treat as well!

10. **Zero-Tolerance Policy:** Strictly prohibited: vaping, tobacco, alcohol, or illegal substances. Violation results in immediate dismissal.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge the inherent risks in this activity. Despite safety measures, accidents may occur. I release event organizers and affiliates from liability for injuries. I authorize emergency medical attention as needed, agreeing to bear costs. I confirm my child's fitness, provided accurate health info, and understand camp rules. Violations may result in removal with no refund.
