2023-2024 IAA Nominations
The IMSA Alumni Association (IAA) is seeking interested alumni for the upcoming year's IAA cabinet to run for President, Secretary, and At-Large Member positions.  At-Large Members play an important role in the cabinet by assisting officers and being in charge of several aspects of the IAA.

**Younger alumni are encouraged to run. Feel free to contact any current board member with any questions or concerns you may have**

The IAA is an immediate liaison between IMSA past and present.  IAA members help coordinate alumni participation in Intersession, coordinate with reunion planners, manage the IAA's on-line presence, coordinate regional events, plan alumni-student engagement activities, solicit alumni volunteers for admissions events and much more.

If you have ever wondered how you could get more involved with IMSA, please consider joining the IAA cabinet! We could really use your help!

Elected Officers (President and Secretary) serve a two-year term, and Elected At-Large Members serve a one-year term. Members are expected to participate in an annual planning retreat in the Chicago area (to be scheduled after elections, either in person or via teleconferencing) and attend monthly meetings (via teleconference).  More information about the duties and responsibilities of the respective positions can be found here:  http://www.imsaalum.org/iaa-constitution

*Nominated candidate statements will be accepted until 11:59pm CDT on Friday, June 23.* Online voting will open shortly thereafter and will close at 11:59pm CDT on Friday, July 14th. Alumni in attendance at the IAA Annual Meeting held on IMSA's campus Saturday, July 15th may cast a ballot in person if they have not yet voted. Individuals running for any position will have their candidate statements posted on our website and may address fellow alumni during the Annual Meeting prior to the close of in-person voting. Election results will be announced as soon as possible afterwards.
