36th District Court Eviction Tracking
Researchers with Poverty Solutions at the University of Michigan are tracking landlord-tenant cases filed with the 36th district court since its eviction moratorium lifted in mid-August.

The purpose of this data is provide real-time updates to housing activists, advocacy organizations, and researchers so that you may further your efforts to keep tenants housed, whether that be through tenant organizing, direct assistance, or legal counsel.

This is public data. This form helps us track who is making use of the data and why, and to provide updates on data collection and court processes as necessary.
