An authorized representative (e.g., chair) from each delegation must certify that they are qualified to participate in the Conference pursuant to Article VII, section 2, on page 12 of the Rules of Operation and Procedure.  (See https://bit.ly/2Za7Vyg)

Please submit this form (click the "NEXT" button) no later than September 30, 2019.

Also, please email your delegation's position spreadsheet to ConOps@calconference.org as soon as possible, but no later than September 30, so that it can be included on a master spreadsheet that will be distributed to all delegates before the Conference.
