FOR SOLON HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS - GRADES 9-12: If your Solon Schools-issued Chromebook needs to be repaired during remote learning, please complete this form and go to Solon High School to make the exchange. SHS students only should enter the school through the main entrance to receive instructions about where to go to exchange the damaged Chromebook. Hours for SHS Chromebook repair will be 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. school days.

FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES K-8: If your Solon Schools-issued Chromebook needs to be repaired during remote learning, please complete this form and bring the device to main entrance of Arthur Road School on the north side of the building (up the stairs facing Orchard Middle School). Press the buzzer to be admitted to the building. Hours of exchange are 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day school is in session.

Please also tape the following information to the Chromebook before turning it in at Arthur Road (Student Name, Solon Student ID Number, Student Grade, Student School, Phone & Email Contact Information).

Social distancing measures will be in place for the safety of students, families and our staff. All students and staff must wear a mask when entering Arthur Road and Solon High School to exchange a Chromebook.
