1. A completed registration form and payment of full program fees is required to secure your selected date for event. In case of advance registration with booking fees, reminder payment required to be paid in FULL, at least two weeks before selected date.

3. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian or organizer of the birthday party to comply with Covid-19 protocol, if any, as required by management of the place / venue of the birthday party. The Nutty Scientists Canada can not be held responsible for all or any of the Covid-19 policy violation(s) at the venue of the birthday party. The parent or guardian or organizer of the birthday party will inform Nutty Scientists Canada, in advance, about Covid-19 related policy, guideline(s) of the venue management, if any, required to follow at the event.
4. The Nutty Scientists Canada not responsible to administer first aid and any emergency treatment, if any is required during the event. It is the responsibility of parents or guardian or organizer to make reasonable attempts to contact concern authorities for emergency treatment, if any required.
5. The Nutty Scientists Canada cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items or belongings or for any injuries that may occur whilst at the event. Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times during the party/event.
6. The parent, guardian or organizer is responsible for cleaning the place after event. Nutty Scientists Canada will clean the working area of experiments, once its done.
7. Parent, guardian or organizer must bring their own party essentials including plates, spoons, balloons, loot bags, themed tableware etc. Nutty Scientists Canada might need one or two tables, depending on the science experiments. Parent, guardian or organizer must provide them accordingly.
8. Mask is not mandatory whilst on the premises, unless otherwise required for medical reason and must supported by parent signed declaration. Please ensure that ALL attendees, including participating little scientists are free of illness. Nutty Scientists Canada reserves the right to get informed in advance by parents or guardian or organizer about obvious signs of communicable illness or any symptoms relating to illnesses such as Covid-19, if there remains a danger that other children may contract such a disease or infection. Parents or guardian must immediately inform the Nutty Scientists Canada if the child has any symptoms of Covid-19 or any communicable illness before attending the program.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement and understanding between the parents or guardian (including other careers) and the Nutty Scientists Canada. Any other understandings, agreements, warranties, conditions, terms and representations, whether verbal or written, expressed or implied are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nutty Scientists Canada reserve the right to update / amend these terms and conditions at anytime. The Nutty Scientists Canada is operated by Little Canadian Scientists Ltd.

I/We hereby agree not to hold Nutty Scientists Canada, its successors, franchisees, affiliates and employees from any claims, damages or other liabilities.

I/We undersigned, hereby authorize Nutty Scientists Canada and their successors and affiliates right to use ours and all participators photographs, visual recording, and testimonials for use of company’s advertisement, marketing and publication. Furthermore, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged. I/We forever release and discharge Nutty Scientists Canada and their successors, franchisees and affiliates from any claims for compensation or otherwise with respect to the use mentioned herein.
