Submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first phase in seeking financial support for your affiliate group. The EOI should clearly and concisely explain the proposed project's relevance, objectives, and expected results of the activities/project for which you are seeking funds.
After evaluating the Expressions of Interest, the NPCA staff may invite groups to enter into a second phase of selection and request a more detailed complete application based on the concepts contained in the EOI.
