Attendance at both Staff Training dates is MANDATORY for all. An absence on these dates will result in a loss of position. Are you available to attend BOTH Saturday 6/24 & Monday 6/26 – 8:30am – 3:30pm. *

This is a six week program and staff is required to be present every day for all six weeks. If you take an unscheduled/last minute vacation day, your position will no longer be available upon your return or you may be dismissed. Do you have any planned absences? *

Please answer the following questions as thoroughly as possible.

1. Is there a specific job (besides camp counselor) that you would like to apply for this summer and are qualified for? ex. lifeguard, instructor, runner, etc. *

4. What are you most looking forward to about working at a camp this summer? *

5. Which ages groups/activities have you worked with before at NSDC or elsewhere? How did you feel about working with this age? Would you like to return to this group/activity? *

6. Are you aware of anyone that will be working at camp this year that you may not work well with or would not feel comfortable working with? If so, who? (This may be someone you do not work well with or a great friend that you know working with them would result in you not being the best counselor you can be) *

7. Do you hold any certifications/degrees that would be useful in working with children in a camp setting? We may be able to pay you more if you hold any certifications. Please list them below and provide a document, certificate, or card proving that you hold each. *
