By applying to be a Volunteer at Resin Rose BJD Expo you will agree that:

1.There will be no displaying of recast or bootleg items. Please initial that you’ve read and agreed with our recast policy (http://resinrosebjd.com/policies.html) below.

2.You must agree to our terms of service found on the application of our membership page (http://resinrosebjd.com/member-registration.html) Please initial below.

3.You must be able to commit to 10 hours of volunteer service over the course of 3-days.

4.Resin Rose BJD Expo and Monarch Hotel and Conference Center are not liable for any damage, stolen, injury or loss to any person or goods that may arise from rental or occupation of venue by the expo.

5.Resin Rose BJD Expo and Monarch Hotel Conference Center reserves the rights to implement a mask requirement and/or proof of vaccinations or negative COVID-19 tests at any time. Refunds will not be given due to COVID-19 requirements.

Membership includes a 3-day pass for 3-days of volunteer service or 2-day pass for 2-days of service.

10 hours of service is required to volunteer. You can spread them out over a 3-day period. 3-day passes are limited and can sell out. You must volunteer all 3-days to get the 3-day pass. 2-day and 3-day Passes include lunch on Saturday (Burgers) and Sunday (Sandwiches/Salad).

Friday Set Up (Times range from 8am-4pm). Jobs include: Table Adjustments, Photography Set Up, DIY Set Up, Raffle Set Up, Promotional Table Set Up, Consignment Table Set Up, Front Desk Set Up and Merch Table Set Up

Vendor Check In (12pm-4pm)- Positions Full

Dinner 3-day Pass Check In (4pm-9pm)- Positions Full

Handing Out Swag Bags (6pm-9pm)- Positions Full

Contest Check In (10:30am-11:30am)

Contest Security (11:30-5:00pm) Hours may be broken up among volunteers

Information Desk in Hotel Lobby (9:30-7:00). Hours may be broken up among volunteers. You will be directing people on where to go if they are lost and answer basic questions about the event.

Contest Check In (10:30am-11:30am)

Contest Security (11:30-4:45pm) Hours may be broken up among volunteers

Contest Check Out (5pm-5:30pm)

Count Contest Ballots (5:10-6:00pm)

Registration Desk (9:30am-5pm) Hours may be broken up among volunteers. Must be comfortable handling money.

Pack up and Transfer Raffle Items to Closing Ceremony Room and Re-Set items Up (5-6:30pm)

Closing Ceremony Raffle Ticket Checker- Check winning tickets with the raffle winner tickets.

Tear Down (5:00-6:30 and 8:00-10pm). Jobs include Photography Tear Down, DIY Tear down, Promotional Table Tear Down, Consignment Tear Down, Scavenger Hunt Tear Down, Merch Table Tear Down and Front Desk Tear Down

Other Positions

Photographer- All 3-days (1-2 Positions) 3-day pass- Positions Full

Photographer- Saturday/Sunday- 2-day pass (1-2 Positions)

Thursday (10-5) and Friday- Unload boxes and Set up (8-4) Volunteer- 3-day pass (1-2 Positions)

Lunches for Saturday and Sunday

We will have lunches provided on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday will be Burgers and Chips and Sunday will be BLTA (Bacon, Lettuce, Turkey Avocado) Croissant Sandwiches and a AVO-COBB-O SALAD with Ranch Dressing. Lunches will come from Red Robin and will be served around noon. Please mark what patty and cheese choice for your Burger on Saturday. Sunday lunch is not customizable but Avocado and Bacon will be on the side. If you do not want lunch please let us know too.
