After availability of your date is confirmed, you will be contacted for a consultation to further discuss your event. After your consultation, you will be sent an invoice to the email address that you provide on this form.

The GOLD PARTY PACKAGE requires a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to secure your order. Your remaining balance is due ONE WEEK BEFORE your pickup day!

ALL GOLD PARTY PACKAGE ORDERS MUST BE PLACED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF PICKUP DAY! NO LAST MINUTE ORDERS PLEASE!
