Volunteer Fiesta

Volunteer Fiesta is for those interested in taking training about FIRST Tech Challenge roles at the Volunteer Fiesta, San Antonio on October 28th, 2023 at JSTEM. There will be classes for technical roles, referee roles and judge roles taught by veteran and notable FIRST Tech Challenge volunteers. Certificates wilth hours of training can be provided.Lunch will be provided.

Referee - Records scoring and penalties to make fair matches

Robot Inspector - Examines robots for compliance with parts

Field Inspector - Ensures minimal functioinality of robot

Scorekeeper - Starts matches and ensures referees get results entered

FIRST Technical Advisor - Ensures robots are ready to start, troubleshoots at field.

Judge - Listens to presentations, assigns awards in small group.
