Time.  Our standard hire assumes a photo shoot of a maximum of 2 hours on site. Please let us know when you intend to arrive. *

Please tell us how many people will be coming. eg 'the couple, and 2 photographers'. This is our normal shape for photo shoots, but we welcome larger groups and other photo events- within current guidelines-  so please contact discuss arrangements and costs. *

Terms and processes
-The Gardens are generally open to the public from 10.30am to 4.30pm. We can take bookings for the period 9.30-6pm.  Any times outside this will need to be agreed and charged additionally.
Please note that this is not an exclusive hire, and depending on the day, the public will be wandering around. They will usually keep well out of your way :-). 
We will let you know, when you book, whether any other event is due to happen on that day.
Currently we do not - unfortunately- have any private spaces for changing or makeup. Please talk to us nearer the time if this is a prerequisite.  

PAYMENT
We MUST receive full payment by Bacs or otherwise 7 days in advance of the booking date. If the weather is really bad, we are happy to discuss rescheduling the date with you. Full refunds are not usually granted, but in exceptional circumstances we will reimburse the fees , minus £25 management fee.
