Failure to adhere and follow safety procedures will result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from bus service. Please agree to policies and sign and date below to confirm:
a) I am requesting bus service for my student(s). I have read the bus conduct policy and agree that my student(s) will adhere to the rules of conduct.
b) I will check my child’s/children's temperature daily to confirm it is below 100.0 degrees. Any temperature of 100.0 or higher will require your child to remain at home. Please reference the PA Website for guidelines for return to campus following a fever and/or illness.
c) Face masks will be required at all times when riding bus transportation. Refusal of the
parent or student to adhere to the mask requirement will result in the student's removal from bus service.
