Job Descriptions -
Jr Guard (pays by snacks only)- Must be 13 years or    older.  Desires to be a future guard. Eager to learn how to test pool chemicals. Can check patrons in at the pool, must be able to sell concession's, pays attention to cleanliness and has a positive attitude.  
Guard - (15 years or older) Limited to no prior experience up to 2 years experiences, Have completed current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification, first Aid, and CPR/AED certification, Pays attention to detail, cleanliness and has a positive attitude. Knowledge of and compliance with all association policies, rules, and procedures. 
Head Guard - 3 to 4 years experience needed. Has current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification, First Aid, and CPR/AED for lifeguards. Surveys patrons attentively in the pool and on deck, actively involved in the training and development of less experienced staff members, Demonstrates maturity, flexibility and strong work ethic.  Demonstrates the ability to run shifts and fallow all opening and closing procedures. Demonstrates a positive attitude and leadership.
