The purpose of this form is to organize mission teams according to availability. Each of you have the opportunity to stay in CASA during 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th blocks on Monday, March 2nd - Wednesday, March 4th -and Friday, March 6th. In addition, we will have our Splashdown Saturday on March 7th from 10 to Noon.

Please fill out the following form and let us know which blocks you are planning to attend during mission week ASAP. This will allow administration to group CASA members into teams block by block.
