Educators Rising - Leadership Development  Fall 2022
Educators Rising is a national career and technical program and student organization (CTSO) and coursework offered in all 50 states. The goal is for our school district to "grow our own" to become future educators. Alaska is facing a critical teacher shortage. Students in this course will have the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of teaching practices, ethics and career opportunities while getting practical classroom experience. Students have the option to join the CTSO and potentially go to a state or even national competition as well as compete for scholarships.
