February 21, 2024 - Ladder of Inference: Rethinking Thinking

DATE AND TIME:  Wednesday, February 21, 2024 (4:30 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.)

DESCRIPTION:  Join other arts educators at the ladder of inference! The ladder of inference is a tool that explains how we make decisions. Each step in the decision-making process is represented by a rung on the ladder—so you start at the bottom, then climb each rung before making a decision and taking action. This session will help you a) examine this sub-conscious process and b) understand how you, your students, other staff members, administration, and parents think.  We will be rethinking thinking!

DETAILS:

  • A Zoom link will be sent to those who have registered prior to the event.
  • This virtual session is facilitated by Toni Beckler, Perpich Training and Development Specialist. Toni brings decades of practical experience in K-12 education to the discussion.
  • Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with other arts educators! And, your non-arts colleagues are welcome to join, as well.
