This is a form to RSVP for the November partnership strategic planning workshop. During these workshops, we will be collaboratively engaging in strategic planning for the proposed NSF INCLUDES GAIN Alliance, which will focus on STEM transfer student success in gateway courses through the lenses of faculty development and curricular alignment.

The workshop has three parts:

1) A welcome and introduction video (<10 minutes) can be found on the Partnerships Meeting page of this website: https://www.clemson.edu/undergraduate-studies/gain/ . It gives a broad overview of the purpose of this Alliance and partnership, and what activities will be undertaken by participants in the partnership meetings.

2) A series of three synchronous Zoom meetings where we will work in small groups via Mural to identify and prioritize areas of action and stakeholders.  Each day represents a different strategic planning activity.  
               Meeting #1 - Thursday, November 4th from 12:30-2pm Eastern (9:30-11am Pacific)
               Meeting #2 - Monday, November 8th from 12-1pm Eastern (9-10 am Pacific)
               Meeting #3 - Wednesday, November 10th from 4-5pm Eastern (1-2pm Pacific)

3) Two short asynchronous follow-up activities (assisting with building a talent bank, and completing an exit survey)


Incentives:
Workshop participants who attend at least 2 out of the 3 synchronous Zoom sessions and both of the follow-up activities will receive a $50 Amazon gift card to use towards their professional development.
