FALL SPORTS 2022 - ATHLETIC REGISTRATION FORM

We are looking forward to an excellent fall sports season for the St. Norbert Crusaders!  To Register please fill out this online form and click the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the form.  Payment for fall sports can be dropped off at the front desk at school or mailed to St. Norbert School, ATTN: Athletic Committee, 1817 Walters Ave, Northbrook IL 60062-4534.  

The DEADLINE for registering St. Norbert Students who wish to participate in fall sports is Tuesday, May 24th.  

Fall Sports/Fees:

   ---   Football (5 - 8 grade) --- $295
   ---   Girls Volleyball (5 - 8 grade) --- $175
   ---   Cheerleading (5 - 8 grade) --- $75
   ---   Cross Country (4 - 8 grade) --- $75

The cost per game to the parents is 30% to 70% less than other programs in Northbrook. Via various fundraising activities and parental volunteering, the St. Norbert Athletic Committee subsidizes the cost of the sports programs.

Football Helmets / Shoulder Pads
St. Norbert/Sacred Heart Vader Football registration is open for Fall 2022 and needs immediate attention for registration - AND - ordering your helmet and shoulder pads (if needed) ASAP through the Riddell team store which closes on May 12th!

PLEASE NOTE: We need to act fast as the supply chain is already around mid-August for helmets.. Although the store shows four (4) helmets, the reality is there are only two with different face masks for each helmet – one for each face mask. The S2EG is a multipurpose mask and is best suited for RB/FB, OL/DL, LB/FB, CB/DB players. The S2BD is for skilled positions and is best suited for QB/WR, CB/DB players.

Please make sure these forms are completed before the start of the season.  All forms can be filled out online except for the physical exam form.  The physical exam form must be faxed or delivered to the front desk at school.  The date of your child's last physical cannot be more than 13 months old.  Thanks for your cooperation.
