Team Leaders are critical to the success of this event! We hope to have 2 adult team leaders for each team of volunteers.

Team leaders are responsible for:  
--Arriving at the event at 8:00 a.m. to pick up team supplies
--Each team will get a bag with a first aid kit, hand sanitizer, etc.
--Participating at the Team Leader orientation at 8:15 a.m.
--Checking-in team members as they arrive at the park
--Gather team for a group photo
--Guiding, coaching and encouraging their team during the event (Note: elementary students will be accompanied by an adult parent/guardian)
--Ensuring that the location of any discarded sharp (needle or syringe) is submitted (instructions provided)
--Returning the supplies after the event

The information collected will be used to assign volunteers to teams.
