Members and regular attenders are invited to submit nominations for the following church leadership positions to be elected at the Annual Congregational Council in February 2020.

Deacon – Two positions to be affirmed – for three-year terms.

Congregational Representatives to the Church Board – One position to be affirmed - for a three-year term.

Canadian Conference Delegate - One position to be affirmed - for a one year term representing us at the Be In Christ Church of Canada AGM.

Nominating Committee - Two positions to be affirmed - for one year terms working toward nominations at our ACC in 2020.

Here’s how to nominate:
Prayerfully consider the position to be filled and ask God’s direction for placing the right person in this role.

Verify that the person you wish to nominate is an active member of Covenant Christian Community Church. Only active members of Covenant are eligible for election. A list of active members is posted at the back of the auditorium.

Ask someone, other than your spouse, to second the nomination.

Submit your name, the seconder's name,  and the nominee’s name in writing (along with the position being nominated for), using the form provided below. There is no need to approach the person you are nominating. Sign and date the nomination.

While only active members of Covenant Church are eligible for election, both members and regular attenders can nominate.
