I am not experiencing any Covid symptoms presently and will not come if I am feeling any symptoms.

I have not been exposed to a Covid-positive person that would require my current quarantine.

I will respect guidelines including mask-wearing, distancing etc at Shabbos House.

I realize risks to attending in-person events during this time, that Shabbos House is doing its best to ensure my health safety but can not guarantee it and I will not hold Shabbos House Chabad Center legally liable in the event that I do contract Covid-19.

I realize that if someone attending tests positive afterwards this form will be used for tracing purposes and if I don't follow distancing protocols it may subject me to possibly quarantine etc.

This first Torah-Tues of Spring 2021 comes after a snowstorm and falls on Mendel's Hebrew birthday. We'll do a little learning about "G-d's Business Card" and then a little farbrengen for Mendel's birthday.

"Hakhel Halftime" Superbowl Offer - Sunday Feb 7

For many years now, Shabbos House offers Superbowl Kosher Specials to-go, with students doing a mitzvah or sharing a little meaningful inspiration or connection turning and uplifting part of their party into a "Hakhel" gathering.
