Consumer Goods & Sales
We are looking for smiling faces that enjoy interacting with our guests and provide them an over-the-top experience with our product line. Our products include themed experiences, food, and retail products. We will provide you with the tools to create a positive interaction and one that helps you build a long-term relationship with our guests. Training and mentoring are provided. Experience is preferred.

Creative
We create themed attractions that transport our guests to another world. The goal is for our attractions to generate a safe and fun space for guests of all ages to explore and create long lasting memories with their family and friends. Creating these environments takes an army of talent, ranging from scenic artists, painters, prop artists, costume artists, sound designers, graphic artists, lighting designers and so much more. If you are a talented individual and enjoy creating immersive experiences, we would love to chat with you about joining the team and letting us help you build your personal brand. Entertainment
We create immersive entertainment that is designed to transport our guests into another world. We are looking for talented entertainers that love making guests smile (and sometimes scream!). We have several entertainment outlets, from spectacle to scary. While we are in the Hallowtainment business, we are not in the business of traumatizing our guests in fear. We are also not in the business of throwing an untrained cast into a cheap rubber mask and saying “Boo!”. It is our goal to create high quality, fun and safe entertainment that can be enjoyed by all walks of life. Specifically, we are looking for team members that can transform and become a character. We will turn you into a monster; it is your job to become that monster. Each role is unique, but equally important to bringing our stories and our experiences to life. You will even have creative freedom to make the role your own. You will get training and direction from professional actors to help you bring your role to life. Training and mentoring are provided. Experience is preferred.

Guest/Hospitality Services
We are looking for smiling faces that enjoy interacting face-to-face with our guests and provide them an over-the-top experience with our brands. Our goal is to create high quality, fun and safe entertainment that can be enjoyed by all walks of life and create a long lasting, positive relationship with our guests. If you enjoy making guests smile and providing over-the-top guest service, then we would love to have you on the team! Training and mentoring are provided. Experience is preferred.

Operations Support
To create an over-the-top immersive experience, it takes an extraordinary team behind the scenes to keep all the parts in motion. A themed attraction is very much like an iceberg, you only see a fraction of what it REALLY takes to make an over-the-top experience. It takes an army of dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to maintain a consistent experience for all guests. If you have a mechanical mind and like to keep processes moving smoothly and efficiently, we would love to get you behind the scenes so you can keep our experiences in tip top shape. Training and mentoring are provided. Experience is preferred.

Work from Home
Our guest experience begins from the moment they first see our branding and our website. With some of our attractions, the only direct mode of contact with our guests is through our toll-free number and our website. It is crucial that we have a support team that can assist our guests from the first point of contact through the last. This contact can truly define the guests’ entire experience with our brands. This position can conveniently be performed in a remote setting. If you enjoy providing a friendly ear and delivering over-the-top service to our guests, we would love to chat with you!
