Thank you for your interest– your participation in this survey is invaluable to furthering science’s understanding of the nuance of human sexuality and human sexual behavior that falls outside of so-called “typical” experiences. With this survey, we seek to gain insight into the link between childhood experiences and kink/fetish preferences displayed as an adult, as well as the idea that kink/fetish may be a congenital (innate) facet of someone’s sexuality. The nature of this inquiry makes strong anecdotal evidence provided by participants crucial, so while you are free to write as little as you want– or nothing at all–, we encourage you to be as thorough and truthful as you can.
