This application is to be completed by all interested individuals for the position of Umpire for Summer 2024. Please note applicants must be at least 14 years of age before May 1st. You must meet these minimum requirements to be considered for employment. What experience do you have with ensuring safety of others and exhibiting the trait of responsibility? *

Kimberly Rec Baseball begins May 13th and concludes the last week in July. Games are held Monday - Thursday nights. Please explain what conflicts you may have with this schedule *
