Join us in Weatherford, Texas at the Covered Bridge Inn from August 13th-16th, 2020 for a weekend bag making retreat. This event will give attendees more one-on-one instruction with the designer behind RLR Creations.

Our tentative timeline for the weekend is as follows:

Thursday, August 13th: Check in at 2 PM; Settle into room/Set up sewing stations 2-5 PM; Meet and Greet at 5 PM!
Friday, August 14th: *Sewing and Such with Rachel from 9 AM until 5 PM
Saturday, August 15th: *Sewing and Such with Rachel from 9 AM until 5 PM
Sunday, August 16th: *Sewing and Such with Rachel from 9 AM until 12 PM; SHOW & SHARE 1 PM; Check out at 4 PM

*The activity room will be open 24 hours/day, so you can continue working on your retreat sewing project during your evening free time. Guaranteed one-on-one instructional time with Rachel will only run from 9 AM until 5 PM on Friday and Saturday and from 9 AM until 12 PM on Sunday.

Your ticket price of $450 includes a 3 night stay at the retreat center (in your own bed), meals and snacks throughout each day, an exclusive RLR Creations pattern, a hands on activity (all supplies included), and so much more!

There are 18 spots available! To secure a spot, please fill out the registration form below and submit. Spaces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis, and they will fill up fast! Once we receive the forms, we will send out a confirmation of reservation -- along with payment details! A $150 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your spot at the retreat. The rest of the retreat fee will be paid in three (3) monthly installments.
