Required
The next set of questions focuses on comfort levels with different ways of reopening.
Please indicate your comfort level with joining a small group or house church. *
This would be a group of less than 25 that meets at someone's home or other suitable location, such as a Sunday School classroom. The groups would watch the services on Facebook together and have a leader who would guide the prayer and offering and serve as host. This would be a temporary arrangement until social distancing requirements allowed us to meet in the church facility as we did prior to the pandemic. You would choose your own group and your group would, together, decide on a meeting location and a time (e.g. you wouldn't have to meet at 11am Sunday because worship services are available anytime after that).

Please indicate your comfort level with attending church in the sanctuary while practicing social distancing *
Family units would sit together in this arrangement: the first pew would have two families on the outside of the pew (no more than 3 people per side). The second pew would be empty. The third pew would have one family sit in the middle (up to five people). The fourth pew would be empty. This would repeat three times in each section. The total capacity in this arrangement, if six per first pew and five per second pew, is 66. All services would meet in the sanctuary and be live streamed. Also please note: services with social distancing would include no singing, per CDC guidelines, no passing of the offering plate, and a few other changes. There would also be no nursery and no food service of any kind (including coffee).
