Free Image Access for Para badminton players 2023-2026

This is an application form for all para badminton players wishing to access free images from BWF tournaments from 2023-2026 courtesy of BWF and Badmintonphoto. Since the beginning of 2023, BWF and Badmintonphoto now co-own all image rights and as part of this contract, have opened up free to players. This allows all badminton players with a BWF ID to be able to use these images on their own social and digital platforms free of use. Note, this is restricted to low resolution image downloads only. Players will be granted access to the Badmintonphoto database in the form of a confidential login and password. Matches are randomly selected and there are no guarantees that your match will be featured in the day’s coverage. Badmintonphoto will try to cover major upsets as well as all players involved in semifinals and finals matches. No requests can be done directly to Badmintonphoto. Use of these free access images by third parties is not permitted. Any misuse will result in a closure of your account and possible invoicing.

Requirements
Credit must be displayed : For web use BWF/Badmintonphoto, for media use BWF/Badmintonphoto by [Photographer Name] + plus @Badmintonphoto on Facebook, @Badmintonphoto_official on Instagram
Includes :
All social and web editorial content on owned online / offline platforms and publications

- Spain Para Badminton International - Level 2 
- Thailand Para Badminton International  - Level 2 
- 4 nations Para Badminton International - Level 1 
- Dubai Para Badminton International - Level 2

By checking this box, I certify that I am the above player. I agree to respect the following conditions: I can only download images representing myself or my doubles partner. I can only use BWF and Badmintonphoto’s images for my social networks or for my official website. Images are in a low resolution format with a Badmintonphoto watermark. The images cannot be cropped or altered. For all social media use, I shall use the online tools provided by BadmintonWire. For any use on Instagram, I will use the following tag: @Badmintonphoto_Official and for any use on Facebook I will include @Badmintonphoto in the caption. I certify that I will not give any images to any third parties (no commercial use is permitted). I am aware that in case of any breach to this agreement, my account will be suspended, and I can be invoiced as the usual rate for any misuse of Badmintonphoto's author's rights. I will keep my login and password confidential and will not give it to anyone else.
