Programmer Initiative Form
Thank you for showing interest in joining our programming team for the 2019-2020 year! Here is a brief description of the duties and responsibilities of Campus-Wide and Cats After Dark Programmers:

**Campus-wide (CAM) Programmers**
1. Attend weekly Programmer Meetings
→  Program planning meetings and training meetings will alternate on a weekly basis
2. Assist the DoP with the planning of at least 3 RHA campus-wide events per semester
→  Please be aware that some facets of programming (budgeting, logistics, etc.) will require planning with peers outside meetings
3. Work as a group with assistance from the DoP to plan, organize, and execute 1 unique campus-wide by the end of the academic year
4. Volunteer for at least 1 shift at 2 or more campus-wide events per semester
→  Please be aware most RHA campus-wide events occur between 4-11 pm with set-up starting as early as 12 pm on weekends and 4 pm on weekdays.
5. Participate in all student programmer training, development, and retreats
→  Retreats will likely occur during weekends
6. Attend a one-on-one with the DoP/CAD Advisor twice a semester

*Essentially, this is more focused on the creation and logistics of programs*

**Cats After Dark (CAD) Programmers**
1. Attend weekly Programmer Meetings
→ Program planning meetings and training meetings will alternate on a weekly basis
2. Assist the CAD Committees with the planning of at least 3 Cats After Dark events per semester
→  Please be aware that some facets of programming (budgeting, logistics, etc.) will require planning with peers outside meetings
3. Work as a group with assistance from the CAD Graduate Advisor to plan, organize, and execute 1 unique CAD event by the end of the academic year
4. Volunteer for at least 1 shift at 5 or more CAD events per semester
→  Please be aware most CAD events occur between 8 pm-12 am with set-up beginning as early as 4 pm.
5. Participate in all student programmer training, development, and retreats
→  Retreats will likely occur during weekends
6. Attend a one-on-one with the DoP/CAD Advisor twice a semester

*Essentially, this is more focused on program management*
