I have reviewed the course disclosure and understand that compliance with these conditions will affect my final grade.

I understand that if I miss class it is my responsibility to make up the work and to check the class website.

I understand that if I am absent I must make up the work BEFORE school only (before 7:25 AM). Students have two weeks to make up any absent work or late work, but it must be taken care of BEFORE school.

Late work is accepted (only BEFORE school) for up to 2 weeks after the assigned date, but will result in a loss of 50% of the total score.

Tardies will results in loss of grade points.

The award of credit in this class is subject to the conditions outlined in the Bingham High Attendance Policy.

Cell phones and electronic devices should be used at appropriate times under the direction of the teacher. Inappropriate use of electronic devices will results in a loss of grade points and said device will be confiscated and given to an administrator.

Tests must be made up within ONE week of the test date. Please work with Ms. Mason to figure out a time to take the test. No test make ups will be permitted during class time.

As per the Bingham High disclosure, Grades are based on: 80% assessments and 20% assignments. Cooperative learning and group work are important components to this class and these strategies will be used frequently. (Covid-19 safety protocols will be followed in all cases.)

I understand that the expectations for students are follow the M.I.N.E.R. traits, which are: Motivated to succeed, Integrity in all things, Never give up, Engaged in learning, Respectful.

Cheating and plagiarism will not be tolerated in any way and will result in loss of points for that assessment and cannot be made up.

**Please note that the above checklist is for when we return to normal. While we are attempting to return to normal as much as possible to provide the help your student needs, this situation with Covid-19 is still ever changing. Of course I will work with you and your student should the need arise for any of us to be quarantined. We all have to be flexible in how we deal with things until we have successful conquered this pandemic.

We will all work together as the Bingham Community to successfully navigate through this Covid-19 Pandemic.
