1. By submitting an entry for the PRECIOUS Awards you are agreeing to
being bound by these rules.
2. All entries must be submitted electronically to the email address
shown below before 18.00 on the published entry deadline date.
3. Entries must be submitted using only the official entry forms for
each of the categories. Entry forms are available free of charge at
the PRECIOUS Awards website.
4. Organisations may enter as many categories as they wish, but only
one entry per category is accepted.
5. Completed entry forms saved as ‘Word’ documents should not exceed
3MB in size including all supporting materials which should be
embedded into the application form. If the completed form exceeds 3MB,
please convert the completed entry form to a ‘pdf’ before submission.
6. Do not send attachments or hard copies – please scan any supporting
material and embed it into the entry form – this ensures that nothing
becomes detached and all information supplied can be considered by the
judging panels.
7. All individuals and organisations progressing to the finalist stage
agree to the organisers arranging suitable publicity and naming them
as finalists.
8. One representative from each finalist organisation (irrespective of
how many times that organisation is named as a finalist) will be
invited to attend the Awards ceremony, complimentary, as a guest of
the PRECIOUS Awards.
9. Judges are selected for their relevant experience in the subject
matter and their decision is final and no correspondence can be
entered into prior, or subsequent to, the judging process.
10. For the purposes of continuous learning, optional independent
feedback relating to entries in any particular category can be
supplied for a fee of £175 + VAT per entry following the judging
process.
11. All information submitted as part of your entry into the PRECIOUS
Awards will be treated in the strictest confidence, and used solely
for the purpose of judging your entry against the other entries in
your chosen Awards category. All judges and the short listing panel
will sign non-disclosure agreements to ensure that the information
contained in your entry, whether commercially sensitive or not,
remains confidential.
12. Once named as a Finalist, no organisation, team or individual can
withdraw from the competition.
13. The PRECIOUS Awards, nor any of its agencies can be held liable
for any costs incurred by applicants during the entry or judging
process howsoever incurred.
14. Applicants must be authorised to enter their organisation into the
awards programme.
15. All completed entries that meet all of the rules will be
acknowledged on receipt. Entry forms will become the property of The
PRECIOUS Awards and entries will not be returned.
16. The PRECIOUS Awards reserve the right to withdraw an award from
any applicant supplying false information within their entry. Judges
reserve the right to audit any information supplied

Entry & Judging Procedure
The completed entry form with any supporting evidence should be sent
to the organisers as set out above. Each entry will be read and
evaluated by a panel of judges; collective scores will be combined to
ascertain the finalists for the Award. One representative from each
finalist organisation will be invited to the AWARDS PRESENTATION
DINNER as guests of the PRECIOUS Awards.
