Perfect for beginner to Intermediate

Monday and Wednesday
5.30- 7.00PM.
Two sessions a week. We'll practicing Open water swim, bike and runs. Bricks. Form, technique, nutrition, gears.

Beginner friendly.

Chatfield State Park requires a park pass. Day pass or season. it can be purchased at the Rangers office or online.
