Thank you for registering for the 2024 2e Summer Institute, which will be held on June 4 and 5 in Grand Junction, CO, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (both days). We are thrilled you are going to join us!

Please note that after submitting this registration form, a copy of it, including event details (e.g., location information), will be emailed to you from Google Forms with the subject line 2024 2e Summer Institute Registration Form. Note this email could be filtered into your spam/junk/trash folders.

By registering attendees agree to the following: 

• You are responsible for covering your expenses related to travel, meals, lodging, and other incidentals (e.g., optional graduate credit, snacks, beverages).

• For you to earn 14 professional development hours, full-day attendance is required on both days (6/4 and 6/5). 

• You are responsible for saving your professional development hours certificate. CDE will not reissue your certificate.

• To earn one graduate credit (OPTIONAL), full-day attendance is required on both days (6/4 and 6/5) and you must complete two additional assignments. 

• The credit costs $45.00.

• If applicable, you assume all responsibility for costs associated with the optional credit, including obtaining your transcript. CDE does not issue transcripts.

• Accommodations can not be guaranteed unless they are included as part of this registration form.

• No late registrations can be accepted.

During the week of May 20th, you will receive an email  regarding the 2024 2e Summer Institute.

Location Information

The location for both days will be the 2nd floor of the University Center in the Meyer Ballroom on the beautiful Colorado Mesa University campus in Grand Junction. 

The University Center's address is 1455 N. 12th Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501. The link to the University Center is a Google Maps link. 

Free parking will be available adjacent to the University Center on 12th Street.

Optional Graduate Credit Information

For attendees to earn the graduate credit, full-day attendance is required on both days (6/4 and 6/5), and two additional assignments must be completed. The credit costs $45.00.
