Thank you for applying for the Spiral Goddess Collective
Care Fund. (SGCCF) This application is your gateway to free classes via a
5-class Punch Card, a pass that you will receive (via the fitDEGREE app) as
funds are available, upon completion of this Google Form. When you use up your
5-card punch pass, you can request a renewal. We are also making full and partial scholarships available for any of our special events, workshops, trainings, etc. If you are interested in a scholarship for an event, just email us. This form is also available in hard copy form, so feel free to just drop in!
The SGCCF is a member and donation-supported fund that provides free Spiral Punch Cards to those community members who cannot afford
to pay for the trauma-informed healing modalities/weekly classes offered by The
Spiral Goddess Collective, a Center for Mind/Body Movement.
In this application, you are not being asked to provide any financial information or justification. We simply ask that you attend classes for your own self-care, healing, and
transformation and that you share your experiences with other people in our
community.
