Our courier will transport artworks from the Perth depots to Cervantes and return at a cost of $10 per exhibit (for example two (2) exhibits is $20 for transport). Size and weight limits apply for artworks collected from DEPOTS. Exhibits must be no larger than 1m x 1m for 2D and 1m height x 0.6m depth x 0.6m width for 3D. Maximum weight must be 20kg.

The items must be at the selected depot by stated dates and times. Unsold work must be collected by stated dates and times. The depots do not handle money. Please include courier payment with your entry fee due 1 September 2023.

PACKING INSTRUCTIONS

The artwork must be individually packed to withstand travel. Please ensure packaging is clearly marked for return and suitable for repacking at the end of the Exhibition. Cervantes Cultural Committee prefers artwork placed individually in a clearly labelled box.
