Imagine you just asked a friend/colleague/acquaintance if they think the Patriots will win next week.  Without regard to the content (I don't care if you agree or disagree with the statement.  Heck, I am not even sure if the Patriots are playing next week!), which statement below seems to be more clear to you?  As the receiver of the message, which one seems to you to convey the sender's message better?
